Our physical and online events are designed to be friendly and welcoming, where diversity and respect are essential. During the 2 days of the event, we have no doubt that the whole community will be animated by these values.

In addition, in order to guarantee the smooth running of exchanges between all participants, the organisation reserves the right to intervene in the event of :

- Discrimination, harassment or aggression

- Inappropriate behaviour, images or words

- Taking on participants (visitors, exhibitors, organisation team)

- Transmission of messages denigrating the organisation or the participants (in any form)

Should any of the above-mentioned problems arise, we invite you to contact the organisation directly and privately without delay via the address: com@premium-sourcing.fr.

All complaints will be considered, investigated and treated confidentially, as required by the situation.

The organisation of the online exhibition reserves the right to take the following actions:

- Injunction to the person in question to stop or modify his behaviour, with warning (by email)

- Warning by telephone of the measures that will be taken if the person persists

- If the person does not comply, the organisation reserves the right to delete his or her account on the online lounge.

The incident may be reported to the police and a ban on participation in future events may be requested.
